The seller contacted me asking for more money after I completed my payment for my order, saying they had misquoted the product during our discussions. Instead of paying more, I agreed to receive a smaller number of earrings. When they arrived, they didn't match the agreed-upon specifications. The seller then told me that the factory would not be able to produce the earrings according to measurements I wanted, and told me to return the item at my own expense for a refund. They said Alibaba would refund me the shipping cost after the Alibaba warehouse receives the parcel. Although the earrings themselves are lovely and arrived quickly, they are unusable for my project. Overall, I'm disatisfied with the experience.
